Head of Recruitment Delivery

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across the organisation and support workforce plans.
• Inspire and develop a large, multi-layered recruitment team and build a high-performance culture.
• Embed consistent recruitment processes and use data and insights to improve hiring outcomes, candidate experience and delivery performance.
• Partner with senior leaders and Talent Acquisition Business Partners to turn workforce strategies into executable hiring plans.
• Work with Enablement, Employer Brand and specialist teams to improve technology, assessment, attraction and talent intelligence capabilities.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading large-scale recruitment delivery functions in complex, matrixed organisations.
• Experience delivering high-volume or specialist hiring at scale using performance metrics and data.
• Strong leadership experience managing large, multi-layered teams and developing leaders.
• Ability to translate workforce plans and business priorities into hiring strategies and delivery plans.
• Experience embedding recruitment processes and driving continuous improvement in diversity, quality and efficiency.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is subject to employment screening checks.

Nice to have

• Experience in a large, complex, public sector, regulated or highly matrixed organisation.
• Experience partnering with Employer Brand, Talent Intelligence or Recruitment Marketing teams.
