Senior Director, Professional Services (Legal Tech)

Location: Hybrid, based in London, Raleigh, or New Jersey, with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for the solutions engineering team and align execution with business goals.
• Lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering scalable, technically sound client solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to law firms and legal departments through consultative delivery.
• Strengthen client relationships and improve customer satisfaction as clients grow.
• Define and track KPIs to provide senior leadership with visibility into team performance and impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Consulting to deliver connected client experiences and respond to industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering or a similar leadership role.
• Proven success delivering technical solutions and leading engineering teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, people leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with relevant engineering tools and technologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from London, Raleigh, or New Jersey, with at least 3 office days per week.
