Quality Practice Advisor (HEDIS)

Location: Remote-TX; candidates must reside in Texas, with preference for East Texas, including Beaumont and Port Arthur. Hybrid work with local travel to provider offices up to 75% of the time.

Salary: $27.02–$48.55 per hour

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with large physician practices, IPAs, and provider-facing teams.
• Educate providers on HEDIS measures, medical record documentation, risk adjustment, and ICD-9/10 and CPT coding.
• Collect, summarize, trend, and present provider quality and risk adjustment performance data.
• Coach practices on quality improvement opportunities, gap closure, and compliance deficiencies.
• Support the development and implementation of provider quality improvement interventions and audits.
• Maintain quality KPIs and HEDIS abstraction accuracy in line with corporate standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in HEDIS record collection and risk adjustment coding.
• One required certification or license: CCS, LPN, LCSW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LVN, RN, APRN, HCQM, CHP, CPHQ, CPC, CPC-A, or CBCS.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Must reside in Texas and be able to travel locally to provider offices.
