What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously evaluate credit decision policies and processes for Business Banking.
• Perform gap analyses against regulatory requirements, Group standards, business strategy, and existing decision journeys.
• Translate customer needs, business requirements, and risk principles into clear, consistent, and testable requirements.
• Coordinate requirements through design, implementation, and validation while maintaining traceability from policy intent to operational decision processes.
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders, credit risk model and analytics experts, and Group colleagues to align policies and decision rules.
• Track delivery, communicate decisions and dependencies, resolve ambiguities, and propose compliant process and policy solutions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, strategy, and credit risk management.
• Experience with credit risk policies and processes, gap analysis, standards interpretation, and implementation requirements.
• Ability to structure, document, and validate business requirements throughout implementation.
• Analytical mindset with an affinity for data and credit modelling; experience with SAS, SQL, or similar tools is useful.
• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English and Dutch or French are required.
