Invoice 2 Cash (I2C) Supervisor (MedTech)

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Collection team while providing guidance on complex customer and market cases.
• Manage cash collection activities, Past Due, DSO, unapplied cash, credit exposure, credit limits, order blocks, and bad-debt reserves.
• Respond to questions from local organizations, customer service, audit, finance reconciliation, and invoice processing groups.
• Maintain customer relationships across wholesalers, hospitals, distributors, and public entities.
• Deliver service-level agreements, customer reports, audit data, and compliant I2C procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes, including the responsible use of AI and effective prompting.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting operations or Credit & Collections.
• Leadership experience with at least a small team is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Knowledge of accounting tools and IT systems, including ERPs such as JDE and SAP and collection systems such as GetPaid and Salesforce.
• Competence with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; an accounting qualification is desirable.
