What you will do

• Search for suitable job openings and match client qualifications with employer requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and develop a detailed understanding of labor market needs.
• Work with employers to identify openings, alternative work activities, and training initiatives.
• Support employer recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of qualified applicants.
• Coordinate employer presentations, job fairs, and hiring events, including occasional work outside normal business hours.
• Collaborate with case management and project staff to facilitate job placements and improve service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or two years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing, or recruiting.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of local communities, labor market trends, and available resources.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and proof of current automobile insurance required.

Nice to have

• Sales or staffing experience.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills.
