TL;DR
Platform Solution Architect (AI/ML): Designing and evolving a secure, scalable multi-service platform spanning Java and Spring Boot microservices, AI services, frontend applications, cloud infrastructure, and HRMS/ATS integrations with an accent on architecture ownership, enterprise identity, and real-time communication. What you will do
- Own the end-to-end architecture of a multi-service platform across backend services, frontend applications, AI/ML services, data stores, and cloud infrastructure.
- Design and evolve secure, scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot on AWS, with a broader multi-cloud footprint involving GCP and Azure.
- Guide AI-service development with Python, FastAPI, OpenAI, Vapi, Jupyter, and conversational or voice AI capabilities.
- Define data, messaging, authentication, observability, CI/CD, and real-time communication architecture using MongoDB, Redis, WebSockets, Grafana, Sentry, Microsoft SSO, and related technologies.
- Lead integrations with third-party HRMS and ATS products, including data synchronization, SSO, webhooks, candidate or employee data exchange, and API- or file-based integrations.
- Represent engineering in client discussions, translate requirements into technical designs and estimates, make build-versus-buy decisions, document architecture, and mentor engineers across backend, frontend, and AI teams.
Requirements
- 8–14 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years designing and owning production system architecture at scale.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, MongoDB, Redis, Python, FastAPI, WebSockets, Maven, and Grafana.
- Experience with Angular, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Electron, Sentry, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, Microsoft Graph API, and enterprise identity architecture.
- Experience with containerization, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, conversational AI or voice-bot platforms, and prompt engineering for LLM-based features.
- Experience presenting technical solutions to clients or in pre-sales, plus a strong understanding of security, data privacy, and compliance for HR or candidate data.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR-tech, staffing, recruitment, or workforce-management platforms.
- Relevant AWS Solutions Architect, Azure, or GCP certifications.
