AI Engineer (Machine Learning & Generative AI) (Python/AWS): Building scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions, including LLM applications, RAG systems, AI copilots, and production-grade APIs with an accent on model experimentation, explainability, cloud-native deployment, and enterprise AI architectures. Focus on designing intelligent assistants and agentic workflows, optimizing prompts and evaluation frameworks, and deploying reliable AI microservices with AWS, Docker, and event-driven systems.

What you will do
- Build end-to-end machine learning solutions for classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting, clustering, anomaly detection, and optimization.
- Perform feature engineering, experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, A/B testing, validation, explainability, and performance monitoring.
- Design and develop LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, AI copilots, intelligent assistants, and agentic workflows.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, evaluation frameworks, structured output generation, and guardrails.
- Develop production-grade AI services, REST APIs, SDKs, reusable components, and microservices.
- Build scalable cloud-native solutions using Docker, Amazon EKS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and related AWS services.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, statistics, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Python, SQL, machine learning algorithms, Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost.
- Practical experience with NLP using TensorFlow or PyTorch, including transformers, embeddings, semantic search, summarization, and conversational AI.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI workflows, LangChain, LangGraph, RESTful APIs, microservices, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Git, and collaborative software development workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with Apache Spark and distributed data processing.
- Experience with CrewAI or similar multi-agent frameworks.
- Experience with OpenSearch, pgvector, vector search, semantic retrieval, knowledge graphs, or GraphRAG.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging technologies such as SNS, SQS, or Kafka.
