Principal Software Development Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and deliver full-stack systems for myhirify.global, case management, knowledge, and agent tooling.
• Build React/Next.js and TypeScript frontends with Node, Python, Go, and Java backends and production APIs.
• Design public-cloud architectures using managed databases, object storage, networking, IAM, and secure service-to-service patterns.
• Develop data platforms with relational and NoSQL databases, caching, search, event streams, object storage, and vector or semantic stores.
• Own CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, Kubernetes operations, observability, SLAs, security, and compliance.
• Integrate enterprise platforms and mentor engineers while partnering with Product, Support Operations, Security, and ML teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building full-stack systems at scale.
• Strong experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and at least one of Node, Python, Go, or Java.
• Deep Azure and/or AWS experience, including compute, networking, managed databases, and object storage.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, ARM or Bicep, CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch or Coveo, Kafka or Kinesis, observability, security, and production operations.
• Production experience building predictive and generative AI applications, including RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and predictive pipelines; BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer success or support systems, portals, or knowledge platforms.
• Familiarity with LLM integration patterns and vector databases such as FAISS or Milvus.
