Location: Hybrid in Short Hills, New Jersey, or Charlotte, North Carolina

Salary: USD 101,000–131,000 per year

What you will do

• Implement data governance policies and standards within the assigned business domain.
• Define data quality expectations, monitor quality, perform root cause analysis, and partner with IT on issue resolution and scorecards.
• Build and maintain the enterprise data catalog, including metadata, ownership, definitions, taxonomies, standards, and reference data.
• Consult on projects and changes affecting data from a Data Governance perspective.
• Manage metadata and Key Data Elements for domain data assets.
• Deliver data literacy training and promote adoption of data governance practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Management, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• 4+ years of experience in data management, data analytics, data engineering, or a related field, including data governance initiatives.
• Knowledge of data governance, data management, and data quality across the full data lifecycle.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying inconsistencies, and performing root cause analysis.
• Experience with Data Governance and Data Quality platforms.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
