Clinical Operations Specialist (AI)

Location: Atlanta office with a hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year

hirify.global is building a national medical imaging network that connects patients, providers, and payers and manages the diagnostic imaging pathway end to end.

What you will do

• Cross-reference patient, customer, appointment, diagnostic imaging, and report data to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of information shared with clients and radiology groups.
• Provide written updates to clients about patient record status and respond to occasional phone inquiries.
• Communicate with radiology groups to clarify appointment details and escalate reports to STAT priority when required.
• Coordinate requests across departments and perform basic technical troubleshooting and issue triage.
• Handle sensitive patient data in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of medical imaging procedures and radiology workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate information.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and ability to troubleshoot and triage issues.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs are beneficial.
• Ability to work in the Atlanta office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience working with medical imaging or study management processes.
• Experience using Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Practical understanding of how AI can support administrative, documentation, or research work while preserving human judgment.
