What you will do

• Manage assigned operational workflows independently, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
• Support planning, execution, and follow-through for current and future team projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows and maintain clear communication.
• Perform quality-control checks and audits across operational processes.
• Lead ad hoc initiatives that support operational excellence and internal compliance.
• Refine processes and improve system efficiency with team leadership.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong critical-thinking, interpersonal, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, methodical, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt to changing processes.

Nice to have

• Experience handling and maintaining the confidentiality of Protected Health Information.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated industry.
• Basic knowledge of generative AI.
