US MLRO & Financial Crimes Officer (Digital Assets)

What you will do

• Handle day-to-day US AML obligations, including SAR filing, CTR reporting, and FinCEN requirements.
• Manage US sanctions compliance through OFAC screening, escalations, and reporting.
• Support the US broker-dealer compliance program and regulatory examinations.
• Assess AML and financial-crime risks for new products and digital tokens.
• Review institutional-client KYC and source-of-funds information during onboarding.
• Manage 314a and 314b requests, law-enforcement inquiries, and collaboration with Legal and Risk.

Requirements

• Active FINRA licenses are required, including Series 7, Series 24, or an equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience as a US MLRO or Deputy MLRO, including SAR filing, CTR reporting, and FinCEN obligations.
• Strong OFAC and US sanctions-compliance experience.
• Broker-dealer compliance experience.
• Digital-asset or crypto experience, including Chainalysis or equivalent blockchain analytics.
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-paced environment; CAMS or equivalent AML certification is preferred.
