Research and Technology Composite Engineer (d/f/m) (Aerospace)

Location: Stade, Germany; on-site work at the Stade plant

hirify.global Aerostructures develops and manufactures complex CFRP components for commercial aircraft, the A400M, and other hirify.global programs.

What you will do

• Identify customer needs from plants and new aircraft programs and establish R&T projects in a transnational environment.
• Support and validate technology developments with experts, industrial architects, and digital architects.
• Develop and implement improvements to composite manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Plan and perform physical trials to mature and validate processes, materials, and technologies.
• Capture and analyze robust data from trials and developments.
• Collaborate with and manage technological centers and suppliers involved in new developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in materials, manufacturing systems, or a similar field.
• Initial experience managing shopfloor trials, composite manufacturing processes, and projects.
• Fluent English and German skills required.
• Ability to work independently with strong motivation, engagement, creativity, and openness to new developments.
• Interest in technical work on both products and processes.
