Digital Marketing Executive - 6 Month FTC (Email Marketing)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working model, role dependent.

What you will do

• Plan, build, deploy, and optimise newsletters, campaigns, automated journeys, and triggered email communications.
• Use Dotdigital to build templates, manage contact data, configure automations, and monitor deliverability and performance.
• Develop segmentation, personalisation, and targeting strategies across the customer lifecycle.
• Analyse open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and longer-term engagement trends.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns, website content updates, formatting, and QA testing.
• Produce email performance reports and translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing, ideally in a regulated or complex organisation.
• Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, GDPR, and consent management.
• Hands-on experience with Dotdigital or a similar enterprise email platform.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting campaign and engagement data.
• Basic HTML knowledge, experience with email templates, and familiarity with website content management systems.
• High attention to detail and the ability to explain insights and recommendations clearly.
