Economic Crime Financial Intelligence Unit Manager (Financial Crime)

Location: Milton Keynes, United Kingdom; hybrid and site-based, with office attendance required at least 12 days per month

Salary: £68,662–£102,994 per annum, depending on experience

What you will do

• Provide subject matter expertise on financial crime systems and controls.
• Support the integration of TSB’s economic crime framework into hirify.global’s control environment.
• Assess variances between TSB and hirify.global systems, including customer and operational impacts.
• Analyse data from multiple sources and produce insightful management information.
• Translate complex business problems into solution options and design recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Business, CIO, Operations, Risk, and Line 2.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of TSB’s economic crime systems, including screening and transaction monitoring systems, setup, data flows, and outputs.
• Knowledge of economic sanctions and anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Experience in strategic business analysis, business integration, impact assessment, and technology-enabled transformation.
• Strong critical thinking, judgement, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to influence design decisions, understand wider operating-model impacts, and lead collaboratively without direct authority.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required to commence employment.
