What you will do

• Plan and optimize end-to-end transportation processes, including cargo collection, sorting, transit, and delivery.
• Develop standardized operating procedures, streamline routes, reduce returns, and improve efficiency and cost control.
• Evaluate carriers, manage transportation resources, optimize channels, routes, and capacity configurations, and monitor service quality.
• Track transportation cost, efficiency, and profit/loss metrics; identify operational risks and implement improvement plans.
• Manage customer service cycles, resolve complaints and claims, and coordinate internal teams and external logistics partners.
• Set team goals, delegate work, and provide training and capability development.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or transportation operations.
• Solid understanding of warehousing operations and the logistics industry.
• Business-level Japanese and effective communication in Mandarin Chinese or English.
• Strong responsibility, integrity, attention to detail, learning ability, initiative, and execution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
