Logistics Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Location: Seoul, South Korea; onsite warehouse and logistics operations

What you will do

• Execute receiving, unboxing, staging, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and warehouse housekeeping activities.
• Perform incoming quality inspections, Korean regulatory labeling, UDI barcode verification, lot tracking, and expiration-date control.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and support annual physical inventory counts, targeting less than 1% discrepancy.
• Handle and ship hazardous materials, primarily lithium-ion battery units, according to dangerous goods and hazmat protocols.
• Coordinate international exports and domestic deliveries with UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Prepare shipping documents, track milestones, resolve customs and transit issues, and support supply chain process improvements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics, shipping and receiving, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Oracle experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods handling, lithium battery shipments, international freight documentation, and Good Documentation Practice.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, communication, and commitment to quality and safety.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or regulated temperature-controlled logistics.
• Familiarity with Korean Good Supply Practice and KGSP requirements.
