What you will do
- Lead supply chain performance execution for the Samsung service contract, ensuring commitments and targets are met.
- Coordinate inbound, outbound, and reverse logistics, including order management, delivery, shipping, and service-material planning.
- Act as the primary customer interface for dedicated sites, manage day-to-day relationships, and communicate customer feedback to stakeholders.
- Manage demand and supply planning, monitor critical materials, and ensure effective site coverage and material availability.
- Analyze supply chain cost drivers, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and improve operational and cost excellence.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and implement structural solutions and continuous improvements across the supply chain.
Requirements
- 9–12 years of relevant experience in a complex, customer-oriented logistics or supply chain environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience defining and implementing supply chain processes and continuous improvement projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, data analysis, problem-solving, prioritization, and customer-service skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with ERP systems is required, with SAP experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in Hwaseong and regularly or irregularly visit Pyeongtaek.

- Supply chain management experience and knowledge of supply chain procedures.
- Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain, or the semiconductor industry.
