Twitter / X Community Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, with access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London, and Belgrade

What you will do

• Own the Twitter/X account across content, community management, and growth.
• Develop the content strategy, publishing rhythm, and platform-native posts.
• Create visual content with AI and creative tools, or prepare briefs for designers.
• Build relationships with creators and participate in relevant conversations, replies, comments, and DMs.
• Identify trends, memes, cultural moments, and Twitter-specific growth opportunities.
• Track engagement and performance, experiment with formats, and improve creator acquisition results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media, community management, content, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience independently managing and growing a Twitter/X account.
• Strong understanding of Twitter culture, algorithms, discovery mechanics, trends, memes, and platform nuances.
• Excellent written English and the ability to create natural, platform-native content.
• Confidence communicating with creators, influencers, and online communities, including through DMs.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make decisions without constant supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in the adult industry or creator economy.
• Experience with AI, Web3, SaaS, or subscription products.
• Knowledge of Twitter restrictions, shadow bans, and other platform-specific growth mechanics.
• Experience creating content independently with AI or other creative tools.
