Part-Time Polish-Speaking Moderator

Location: Remote from Denmark, with training and company events at the Copenhagen headquarters; Copenhagen-area applicants are preferred.

What you will do

• Perform daily in-game moderation for social games serving young audiences.
• Help maintain a safe, fun and professionally supported online community.
• Support compliance with industry standards and governmental online trust and safeguarding requirements.
• Collaborate with Moderators and Support Managers to exchange ideas and improve community safety.
• Work evenings, weekends and holiday periods as needed.

Requirements

• Must be living in Denmark; Copenhagen-area residence is preferred for travel to the office.
• Fluent Polish and English are required.
• Responsible, reliable, quality-driven and highly self-disciplined.
• Strong online communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work approximately 15 hours per week and cover evenings, weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in customer support.
• Previous experience moderating online games for younger audiences.
• Interest in online games.
