Integrated Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Deliver high-quality design across digital, print, social, and animated formats from brief through final execution.
• Create online banners, social posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, email layouts, presentation decks, and print collateral.
• Develop and present creative concepts for campaigns, respond to feedback, and maintain consistency with client brand guidelines.
• Repurpose and reformat existing assets across channels while preserving quality and brand consistency.
• Use AI and automation tools, including image generation and asset automation, to improve creative workflows and delivery efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects, collaborate with UK-based and offshore colleagues, and build effective client and stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Strong design skills across digital, print, and motion with a digital-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Confident use of After Effects and experience designing in Figma, including UI layouts and email design.
• Understanding of responsive design, social media formats, web design, UX principles, typography, and layout.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, present creative ideas, interpret feedback, and deliver high-quality work for a demanding client.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically and apply design judgment to maintain brand standards.

Nice to have

• Experience in the B2B sector or regulated industries.
• Experience with Pencil or similar AI-powered design tools.
• Experience supporting junior team members and interest in developing toward people management.
