Manager Storage and Material Handling

What you will do

• Lead and empower a team of seven employees through value-driven leadership.
• Develop and implement strategy for efficient storage and material handling.
• Ensure robust working methods, continuous improvement, and timely supply to manufacturing.
• Drive individual and team development, including appropriate training for assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve delivery proactivity and precision.

Requirements

• Academic degree or relevant professional experience.
• At least one year of demonstrated ability and interest in leading, developing, and challenging employees and teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Good spoken and written Swedish and English.
• Ability to pass security vetting under applicable security-protection regulations; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.

• Experience with storage operations or material flow.
