Solutions Architect (Crypto)

Location: United States — Remote. Employees based in San Francisco, New York, or Bangalore hubs are expected to work from the office at least 40% of the time; this role is listed as remote.

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD per year, excluding commission, equity, and benefits. Compensation may be adjusted based on location.

What you will do

• Guide customers from signed contracts through implementation, adoption, and scaling.
• Design and deliver post-sales solutions covering analytics, processes, documentation, and infrastructure.
• Advise customer engineering teams on API and SDK integration best practices.
• Triage and resolve technical issues across customer and internal teams.
• Create implementation guides and playbooks to accelerate onboarding and product usage.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, and executives on technical deep dives and platform optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, technical project management, or support engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing, using, and troubleshooting APIs and integrations.
• Fluent knowledge of APIs, SDKs, API management, reporting, and AI or automation tooling.
• Working knowledge of crypto, fintech, blockchain technology, digital assets, regulatory considerations, and real-world use cases.
• Strong communication, customer relationship, and multi-project management skills.

• Experience leading implementations in a startup environment.
