Quality Assurance Manager (CE Marking)

Location: Madrid, Spain; onsite leadership role

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate quality functions for the Madrid quality hub, with approximately 30% leadership responsibility and 70% individual contribution.
• Control, optimize, model, and document quality processes, policies, and QMS tools.
• Support products throughout their lifecycle, perform conformity assessments, and manage approvals including CE, KC, and NRTL.
• Lead certification processes for accessories and coordinate with certification bodies and regulatory authorities.
• Qualify suppliers and materials, conduct supplier audits, and improve supplier quality and availability.
• Manage supplier corrective action requests and drive quality improvements in cooperation with development, engineering, projects, production, and the Munich HQ Quality function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years of quality management experience in a larger corporation working with CE marking entities.
• Fluent Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with CE marking requirements in a regulated business environment.
• Leadership skills and the ability to communicate with and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Strong MS Office and SAP skills, with a reliable, structured, and proactive working style.
