What you will do

• Support the national sales team with accurate inventory and campaign information.
• Manage customer inquiries, commercial emails, orders, and booking documentation.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Finance, Fulfilment, sales, and trading teams to deliver campaigns accurately.
• Enter booking and customer data into internal systems and pair bookings with purchase orders.
• Provide post-campaign analysis and support improvements to campaign performance and operational processes.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and customer-focused communication throughout the campaign delivery cycle.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proactive, solutions-driven approach with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and work with minimal direction.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly; computer literacy and good Excel knowledge.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Availability to attend the office at least three days per week.
