Senior Specialist, Core Performance & FI Analytics

What you will do

• Build and maintain knowledge of asset management, market trends, economic factors, and investment industry practices.
• Deliver implementations, managed services, consulting, and solution optimizations for hirify.global Core Analytics products.
• Analyze and resolve complex client issues involving investment portfolios, financial data, analytics, and workflows.
• Gather requirements and design solutions for client-specific business needs.
• Support clients’ production processes and workflows.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point while collaborating with Support, Sales, Consulting, Product, Engineering, and Strategy.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of financial products and instruments, with proficiency in Excel and financial formulas.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Asset management industry experience and an interest in capital markets or portfolio management.
• Experience with performance measurement and attribution or risk management.
• Knowledge of pricing for stocks, bonds, derivatives, swaps, and structured products.
• Python and data science skills.
• Participation in the CFA or FRM Program.
