AI Transformation & Automation Intern

hirify.global is providing an internship in its Managed Services Delivery organization focused on AI transformation, automation, and operational improvement.

What you will do

• Learn Managed Services Delivery processes and identify opportunities to simplify operations with AI and automation.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and analyze operational challenges.
• Design, build, test, and refine prototypes, workflows, dashboards, and automation solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Collect user feedback, document processes, and improve solution usability.
• Communicate business impact, recommendations, lessons learned, and project outcomes to stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates and deliver a final project presentation.

Requirements

• Current university student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement, with academic, personal, or extracurricular technology project experience.
• Basic knowledge of AI, automation, data analytics, or software development tools such as Microsoft Power Platform, Python, SQL, or Power BI.
• Advanced user knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of security, privacy, and compliance best practices.
• Fluent English in both verbal and written communication is required.
