Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA & PWA) Technical Lead (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Define and own Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud architecture, including cartridges, SFRA controllers and pipelines, OCAPI/SCAPI, and composable storefront services.
• Translate commerce roadmaps covering checkout, personalization, product pages, digital product passports, and cross-border commerce into technical designs.
• Lead and review SFRA and PWA development, enforcing coding, performance, security, and quality standards.
• Design integrations with payment, tax, fraud, PIM, DAM, OMS/ERP, and search systems through middleware.
• Own technical estimates, impact analyses, environment strategy, release pipelines, monitoring, and performance testing.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership during product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture and development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, SFRA, and composable or headless storefronts such as PWA Kit.
• Expert knowledge of JavaScript, Node, ISML templating, cartridge architecture, OCAPI, and SCAPI.
• Experience integrating payment, tax, fraud, PIM/DAM, OMS/ERP, and other commerce systems through middleware.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing eCommerce releases and deployments in high-traffic, revenue-critical environments.
• Excellent English communication skills required.

Nice to have

• Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Architect or Developer certification.
• Experience with React-based composable storefronts and multi-country or cross-border commerce.
• Experience in luxury, retail, or omnichannel commerce.
• French or Italian language skills.
