Senior Fullstack Developer (Java, React)

What you will do

• Design and develop new features across backend (Java/Spring) and frontend (React/TypeScript) components.
• Build and maintain complex integrations with third-party tools and external ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize codebase performance for a global user base.
• Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests following TDD principles.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and SRE teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring framework (Boot, MVC, Data).
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and state management libraries (MobX or Redux).
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database performance tuning.
• English: B2 (Upper-intermediate) or higher spoken and written proficiency required.
• Must be based in Poland or Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem (e.g., Atlassian Forge).
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, ElastiCache, RDS) and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and secure coding practices.
• Experience with analytics and reporting solutions.
