Senior Fullstack Developer (Java/React)

Location: Poland or Serbia; remote environment

Develops enterprise-grade solutions for reporting, data visualization, analytics, and integrations with collaboration and work management platforms.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend and frontend features for a mature customer-facing product.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools and external systems.
• Investigate technical issues, troubleshoot data and application problems, and deliver end-to-end solutions with support teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA specialists, SRE teams, and other stakeholders.
• Create unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial full-stack software development experience.
• Strong backend expertise with Java and Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data.
• Experience designing APIs and working with PostgreSQL, including performance and data-related troubleshooting.
• Production experience with React, TypeScript, state management libraries, and modern frontend tooling such as Vite or Webpack.
• Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, Test-Driven Development, analytical problem-solving, and independent work in a remote environment.
• Upper-intermediate (B2+) or higher English and strong communication skills for international collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem, including Atlassian Forge.
• Knowledge of analytics, reporting solutions, or data integration protocols.
• Experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and secure coding practices.
• Experience supporting customer-facing products and collaborating with support teams.
