Senior Developer (OTR)

Location: On-site in Wuhan, China

What you will do

• Design and deliver software solutions in collaboration with analysts, designers, project managers, and other specialists.
• Build large-scale distributed systems based on microservices.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
• Apply continuous delivery, DevSecOps, and shift-left security practices throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate on features, technical designs, interactive prototypes, and customer experiences.
• Mentor less-experienced developers and support technical excellence across the team.

Requirements

• Experience with one or more development languages: Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and experience writing high-quality, well-tested code.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Awareness of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Ability to influence others, advocate for technical excellence, and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to work on-site in Wuhan, China.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Docker.
• Participation in the external technology community through speaking, open source, or technical writing.
