FIX Onboarder (FIX Connectivity)

What you will do

• Onboard new broker systems to FIX connectivity and order routing platforms.
• Deliver FIX connections from design and deployment through pilot trades and production.
• Coordinate requirements across external parties and internal engineering teams.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Project Management, and Trading teams to deliver scalable, high-performance systems.
• Support systems processing large volumes of trading data and transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or related discipline.
• Experience working in a Linux environment and with Bash scripting.
• Knowledge of FIX connectivity and protocols, order routing and management systems, and OMS provider integrations.
• Demonstrated experience delivering FIX connections through production.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.
