Sr Analyst I Software Engineering

What you will do

• Write, test, and debug software, including complex and critical components.
• Participate in requirements definition, technical design, code reviews, and development methodology decisions.
• Investigate technical challenges and propose solutions while assessing new technologies and best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
• Provide domain expertise, contribute to team delivery, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language and familiarity with development methodologies.
• Strong programming, debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Willingness to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
• Based in Shanghai, China, with an emphasis on in-person collaboration.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a related field.
