Complaints Administrator Intern (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Support the complaints administration and resolution process.
• Investigate complaints using departmental policies, procedures, and delivery-process knowledge.
• Resolve logistics escalations and provide feedback to customers through the relevant teams.
• Coordinate with fulfilment branches, distribution centres, supply chain, team leads, and customer service.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide general administrative and organisational support.

Requirements

• N6 qualification.
• No prior work experience is required; this is an entry-level internship.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good written, verbal, and visual communication, organisation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collect, interpret, and present data, solve problems logically, work under pressure, and adapt quickly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail.
