Consumer Care Learner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Handle customer queries and complaints received through email and web channels.
• Provide consumers with their personal credit reports.
• Log, investigate, and resolve disputes related to personal credit reports.
• Follow up with clients and manage cases through closure.
• Process member enrolments, service and product changes, system updates, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF level 4.
• Customer Service Certificate.
• Contact centre experience.
• Customer service experience with a proven track record.
• Familiarity with ticket logging and tracking systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
