Global Finance Manager (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Act as a financial advisor to the Vice President and General Manager of the Kalrez business.
• Partner with the global leadership team on business strategy and growth initiatives.
• Lead annual strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Deliver performance analysis and actionable insights on key financial drivers.
• Build financial models and provide decision support for complex business decisions.
• Ensure accurate financial results, internal controls, SOX compliance, and finance governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in finance, accounting, costing, or business partnering.
• Strong experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate financial data into business recommendations.
• Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and corporate governance.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced business degree.
• Experience in high-growth manufacturing, industrial, technology, or semiconductor businesses.
• Knowledge of S&OP planning processes and financial systems.
• Experience leading through influence in a global matrix organization.
