TL;DR
Head of Finance (Prediction Markets) (DeFi/on-chain finance): Leading accounting, reporting, consolidation, auditing, entity management, and financial operations for a global prediction-markets venue with an accent on decentralized finance, institutional fundraising, and on-chain transactions. Focus on managing internal and outsourced finance teams, preparing major equity rounds, and analyzing prediction markets, sportsbooks, and derivatives.

Location: Any; fully remote or in-office

Salary: $150 plus equity and bonuses

hirify.global is recruiting for a Hyperliquid-based prediction-markets venue operating across finance, sports, and emerging markets with fully on-chain settlement and rewards.

What you will do

  • Lead the entire finance function, including accounting, reporting, consolidation, auditing, and entity management.
  • Manage and develop the internal finance team, outsourced contractors, and accountancy support.
  • Prepare and execute significant institutional equity rounds planned for 2027 and beyond.
  • Oversee financial operations for an on-chain prediction-markets business across multiple emerging markets.

Requirements

  • Professional background in DeFi-native finance, including on-chain finance, transactions, and decentralized finance.
  • Direct experience raising funds from institutional investors, partners, venture capital firms, and other relevant venues.
  • In-depth understanding of on-chain trading technology, prediction markets, sportsbooks, derivatives, and related on-chain concepts.
  • Flexible B2B contract arrangement.
