Focus on managing complex projects, driving management reporting and governance rhythms, resolving escalated business matters, and improving processes across the bank and group.

is a private bank within the OCBC Group, providing investment and wealth advisory solutions through its Investment & Wealth Solutions division.
What you will do
- Coordinate and support the division’s strategy, work plans, initiatives, expenses, recruitment, KPIs, product performance, and management reporting.
- Lead business and financial planning, sales management, and performance and cost-management activities.
- Drive governance rhythms through analysis, presentations, communications, management meetings, and tracking of deliverables.
- Represent Investment & Wealth Solutions in and OCBC Group projects and working groups.
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex divisional matters and streamline processes across the bank.
- Support audits, facilities-related administration, tactical improvements, internal events, and compliance with Group Policies and Standards.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in private banking or consumer banking, with strong knowledge of investment products and services.
- Degree-level qualification from a reputable university with an excellent academic record.
- Experience working with senior management in business management, risk and governance, and change management.
- Experience project-managing cross-functional initiatives within quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Understanding of controls, risk policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
- Strong quantitative, organisational, communication, presentation, and independent-working skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Power BI.
