What you will do

• Coordinate and execute IWS strategy, tracking initiatives, KPIs, and product performance.
• Facilitate business and financial planning and sales management.
• Drive governance rhythms through analysis and presentations for key management forums.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex IWS matters and represent the group in cross-functional projects.
• Streamline processes and ensure compliance with Group Policies and Standards.
• Support senior management with ad hoc presentations and administrative oversight.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in private or consumer banking.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and capital market services.
• Proven experience working with senior management in business management, risk, or governance.
• Demonstrated ability to project-manage cross-functional initiatives within budget and time.
• Understanding of regulations in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
