QA Engineer (AWS): Designing and executing manual and automated testing for cloud communication and customer engagement solutions with an accent on test planning, API quality, and AWS-based test environments. What you will do
- Review quality specifications and technical designs, providing timely feedback.
- Create structured test plans, test cases, and quality testing schedules.
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using open-source tools.
- Set up, monitor, and report on test environments using AWS technologies.
- Perform manual, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Document defects, verify fixes, and collaborate with development and customer support teams on reported issues.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in CcaaS, CPaaS, or voice-related domains.
- Experience with QA methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Knowledge of SQL queries and scripting languages.
- Experience with manual testing and automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Working knowledge of AWS technologies, web technologies, APIs, and test case documentation.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required. A degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field is expected.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS Device Farm, AWS CodeBuild, or similar testing services.
- Experience in CcaaS, CPaaS, or voice-related domains.
- Additional Asian language skills.
