TL;DR
PMO Summer Intern (MedTech): Supporting end-to-end new product launches and cross-functional project teams in medical technology with an accent on project timelines, status reporting, and risk mitigation. Location: On-site in Jacksonville, Florida, United States

What you will do

  • Support continual improvement of the end-to-end new product launch process.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional project teams toward project goals.
  • Support project managers in delivering new products from development through scale-up and launch.
  • Prepare routine project status updates for senior leadership.
  • Create and implement project timelines, risk assessments, and mitigation plans with cross-functional partners.
  • Participate actively in meetings while maintaining professional, ethical, and compliant working practices.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, during the summer co-op session.
  • Must be permanently authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be based on-site in Jacksonville, Florida; transportation to the office is the student’s responsibility.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong oral and written communication skills; a minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
