Senior Project Manager (CMC)

What you will do

• Build and maintain project timelines for pre-pivotal, pivotal, and lifecycle management projects.
• Integrate Process Development activities with clinical and commercial targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, technical leads, governance meetings, and management reviews.
• Track deliverables, project metrics, risks, decisions, lessons learned, and best practices.
• Support business process improvements and collaboration with the Commercialization Office.
• Manage and coach project managers supporting multiple products and projects.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of project management experience, or a master’s degree and 4 years, bachelor’s degree and 6 years, associate’s degree and 10 years, or high school diploma/GED and 12 years.
• At least 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare-related fields.
• Direct CMC experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to interface across organizational levels.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and project reporting capabilities.
• Experience with standard project management tools and practices; MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint experience is highly desirable.
