Product Quality Engineer (1-year Fixed Term Contract)

What you will do

• Support product quality and reliability testing for new product introductions and mass production.
• Prepare samples and test setups, execute qualification tests, collect data, and document results, deviations, and observations.
• Analyze test and reliability data, prepare reports and dashboards, and identify abnormalities, trends, and potential risks.
• Support root-cause investigations by gathering data, reproducing issues, documenting findings, and tracking corrective actions.
• Maintain quality procedures, test plans, defect logs, qualification records, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with reliability labs and suppliers, support lab audits and equipment verification, and collaborate with Compliance, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of product testing, quality concepts, or reliability engineering.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to support occasional local lab visits or supplier interactions.

Nice to have

• Internship or project experience in hardware testing, quality assurance, reliability engineering, or a related field.
• Exposure to new product introductions, manufacturing environments, or electronics testing.
