Senior Manager, Entertainment Content Partnership

Location: CA-Beverly Hills - 9601 Wilshire; office work required four days per week

Salary: $67,500–$90,000 annually

What you will do

• Advise brand clients on co-promotional partnerships and product integrations across film, television, streaming, and digital content.
• Source and evaluate opportunities from studios, networks, streaming platforms, and production companies.
• Build data- and insight-backed consideration sets and present strategic partnership proposals.
• Develop briefs, draft deal terms, support negotiations, and coordinate contract execution with brand and legal teams.
• Manage cross-functional campaign schedules, activation workflows, approvals, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee integrations and custom content shoots, including on-set logistics, creative reviews, and relationship development programs such as seeding and gifting.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in entertainment brand partnerships and client services within a major studio, streamer, or network.
• Deep knowledge of brand partnership business models and rights structures for co-promotional partnerships and integrations.
• Working knowledge of the entertainment industry, theatrical landscape, streaming ecosystems, distribution platforms, and cultural trends.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, strategic thinking, and client service skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, detailed tracking systems, deadlines, production logistics, and real-time creative reviews.
• Ability to work from the Beverly Hills office four days per week.

• Experience managing seeding and gifting programs for productions, sets, and writers' rooms.
