Senior GMP Materials Handler (GMP)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $22.00–$38.50 per hour

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, release, label, stock, and distribute materials according to storage requirements.
• Maintain complete material traceability from initial receipt through final use using inventory logs and electronic inventory systems.
• Issue supplies to production personnel using controlled-inventory and First-In, First-Out procedures.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, ordering, and electronic inventory transactions.
• Write, revise, and review release records, standard operating procedures, and other materials-management documents.
• Ship GMP products domestically and internationally using approved couriers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of material management experience required.
• Experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, materials handling, or supply chain activities.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, including data entry and inventory database use.
• High attention to detail, strong numerical and clerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow cGMP, cGTP, and FACT standards while maintaining regular and predictable attendance.

Nice to have

• Experience in a cGMP environment.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or related fields.
• Experience with ERP or electronic inventory management systems.
