Applications Delivery Specialist - Engineering or Corporate Systems (2 x roles available)

What you will do

• Support and manage an enterprise application portfolio across engineering or corporate functions.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions.
• Support application lifecycle activities, including implementation, integration, upgrades, modernisation, maintenance, and decommissioning.
• Manage software vendors, licensing, support agreements, maintenance contracts, and software asset management activities.
• Support application portfolio rationalisation, governance, performance monitoring, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain reporting, analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics while collaborating on enterprise technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship and an AGSVA security clearance requirement due to Australian Defence Force support activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting and managing enterprise applications and their full lifecycles in business-critical environments.
• Experience troubleshooting applications, integrations, and business workflows and delivering practical technology solutions.
• Experience with software vendors, licensing, support agreements, software asset management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of application governance, risk management, compliance, and operational support practices, with compliance to ITAR requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience in application, product, or systems support.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SQL Server, Azure, or related enterprise platforms.
• Experience with licence optimisation, reporting, analytics, and dashboard development.
• Background in engineering, infrastructure, defence, government, energy, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, data governance, cloud technologies, digital transformation, and compliance frameworks.
