Senior Manager, Account Receivable (AI/ML)

Location: Onsite at the ISD Office - DGTC AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the accounts receivable function, including billing, reconciliation, dispute resolution, cash application, collections, and general ledger accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, internal controls, regulatory requirements, GAAP, and international reporting requirements.
• Develop business plans, remove operational obstacles, and improve team performance and efficiency.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate associates while building a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Analyze financial data, identify risks, recommend process improvements, and support business decisions.
• Manage month-end close activities, partner with IT on system optimization, and use AI/ML to improve heavily manual processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing accounts receivable and analyzing data in complex business environments.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, regulatory frameworks, accounting standards, GAAP, and international reporting requirements.
• Experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing stakeholders across functions.
• Proficiency in data management, automation tools, reporting, and process improvement.
• Ability to align financial strategies and operational improvements with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
