About the Role

You will design and build core systems for a new trading product. You will develop low latency reliable services that interact with Solana transaction and block building pipelines. You will own order routing execution real time market data and position management while implementing security and making architectural decisions in an evolving product.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Meaningful distributed systems experience
• Strong systems programming skills
• Proficiency in Rust C C++ Go or a similar language
• Experience building reliable low latency production systems
• Security focused approach to attack surfaces key management and failure modes
• Familiarity with Solana runtime and transaction lifecycle
• Understanding of market microstructure MEV block building and execution quality
• Ability to work autonomously with incomplete information

Responsibilities

• Design and build core product systems from scratch
• Develop low latency high reliability services
• Integrate directly with Solana transaction and block building pipelines
• Own order routing execution real time market data and position management
• Implement transaction signing and user data protection
• Collaborate with product and infrastructure stakeholders
• Make architectural decisions for an early stage product
