Senior AI Security Engineer

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; conditions also reference Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid 70/30 work model with a strong in-office component.

What you will do

• Help operationalize the enterprise AI security strategy, including target-state architecture, design principles, governance guardrails, and scalable security patterns.
• Develop security standards and architectural guidance for model usage, agentic workflows, integrations, data access, identity boundaries, and operational controls.
• Lead security reviews and risk assessments of AI applications, AI-enabled products, agentic solutions, and model-integrated services.
• Identify risks involving data exposure, excessive privilege, insecure integrations, unsafe outputs, prompt abuse, and runtime behavior.
• Perform baseline reviews across code, cloud, networking, APIs, identity, and application architecture.
• Provide technical leadership and executive-ready guidance on AI risk, architectural tradeoffs, remediation, and enterprise security priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience focused on network security, application security, and risk assessment.
• Expertise in hybrid on-premises and cloud network environments, including AWS, Azure, or GCP security architectures.
• Experience defining security strategy and architecture for enterprise technology initiatives and creating scalable standards, patterns, and guardrails.
• Demonstrated expertise assessing AI applications, model-integrated services, agentic workflows, data handling patterns, and AI-specific attack paths.
• Ability to translate technical findings and emerging AI risks into prioritized recommendations, governance controls, and adoption decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership, judgment, and ability to work in ambiguous environments with rapidly evolving technology and risk.
