Senior Security Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be located in Poland, hold EU citizenship, and be willing to commute to the office in Katowice or Gdańsk. Occasional business trips abroad may be required.

Salary: 13,000–17,000 PLN gross/month under UoP, or 100–140 PLN net/hour under B2B.

What you will do

• Develop AI security capabilities across the organization and monitor emerging threats, attack techniques, tools, and frameworks targeting AI and LLM-based systems.
• Conduct technical research, proof-of-concept development, laboratory testing, offensive security testing, and evaluations of AI security technologies.
• Assess the architecture and resilience of AI-powered systems, including AI models, agents, LLMs, RAG, and MCP.
• Identify risks related to Prompt Injection, Jailbreak, Data Exfiltration, Model Abuse, Tool Abuse, and Supply Chain Attacks.
• Recommend security controls, secure architectures, design patterns, standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Create documentation and training materials, organize workshops, and advise Application Security, DevSecOps, and Architecture teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Hands-on experience in Application Security, Offensive Security, DevSecOps, or Security Testing.
• Experience assessing web applications, APIs, and modern application architectures.
• Knowledge of AI security, LLM and Generative AI threats, AI model and agent protection, AI Governance, and AI Risk Management.
• Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, API Security, SSDLC, manual security testing, code reviews, SAST, DAST, network security, CI/CD security, software supply chain security, dependency management, and SBOM.
• EU citizenship, residence in Poland, willingness to commute to Katowice or Gdańsk, and English at B2/C1 level are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, or MCP.
• Experience in penetration testing, red teaming, or security research.
• Security certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, CISSP, GWAPT, GWEB, or CARTA.
