Professional Services Consultant (AI Security)

Location: Boise, Idaho, United States; travel up to 25% for customer on-site and company meetings.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements implementing AI security solutions for AI risk management, model security, and data protection.
• Design secure AI architectures and governance frameworks aligned with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, and EU AI Act guidance.
• Advise customer stakeholders and translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for executive and technical audiences.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI and LLM security, including emerging threats and enterprise infrastructure.
• Develop solution playbooks, enablement materials, and repeatable technical best practices for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with product management, support, and engineering teams, including pre-sales scoping and field feedback on product priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of cloud architecture experience focused on AWS or Azure, including EKS, ECS, Azure Kubernetes Service, and hybrid connectivity services.
• 3+ years in customer-facing consulting, professional services, pre-sales, or managed services roles for a high-tech software or technology vendor.
• Experience with public-cloud networking, API gateways, AI/ML infrastructure, model inference pipelines, container security, and service mesh architectures.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK, plus deployment automation and scripting.
• Knowledge of AI and LLM threats, data protection, data sovereignty, residency requirements, and security or compliance frameworks.
• Solid command of written and spoken English is required. Strong communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Nice to have

• Experience with LiteLLM, Portkey, Helicone, TrueFoundry, SageMaker, Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI, Databricks, or GPU-accelerated compute.
• Automation scripting with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSK, or CISM and AI security credentials.
• Additional language skills.
